· Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.

· Your are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

· Full payment is due the day/night of your event.

· There will be a $50.00 charge on all returned checks.

· We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

· We ask that you provide bonded security when valuable items are to be displayed.

· D.J. or Band must remove their equipment immediately following event.

· No tape or sticky material is to be placed on the painted walls.

· Damage will be deducted from your deposit.
